【Keynote Speaker】 【Paper Topics】 【Paper Submission】 【Reminders and Important Dates】 【Steps of Online Registration】 【Program Committee】 Call for Papers 2022 International Conference of the Taiwan Finance Association June 17-18, 2022 National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu City, Taiwan The 2022 International Conference of Taiwan Finance Association (TFA) will be held on June 17-18, 2022, co-hosted by the Department of Information Management and Finance, NYCU. Our conference theme this year is “Financial Sustainability with Big Data and ESG.” Papers in all areas of finance are welcome. The conference will have English and Chinese sessions for papers written in corresponding languages. 【Conference dates】 June 17-18, 2022 【Location】 National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu City, Taiwan 【Keynote Speaker】 Prof. Zhi Da Howard J. and Geraldine F. Korth Professor of Finance, Mendoza College of Business, University of Notre Dame. Prof. Kose John Charles William Gerstenberg Professorship in Banking and Finance, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University. Prof. Iftekhar Hasan University Professor and E. 【Awards】 1. Best Paper Award of Journal of Financial Studies: 4 The award winner will be recognized with a prize of NT$25,000. The authors will be required to go through the review and revision process for publication in the Journal of Financial Studies. 2. Fubon Paper Award: 10 TFA will reimburse the award winner NT$50,000 for attending top international conferences in finance, including AFA, WFA, and EFA. Authors must be an active member of TFA and hold faculty positions or be Ph.D. students in Taiwan. 【Paper Submission】 1. Please submit your paper via ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM: https://forms.gle/zq1eBtgAbonY3amj6 2. A copy of a completed or nearly completed paper (PDF format only) is needed. Please follow the format of Journal of Financial Studies to edit your submission. If you need to replace your paper with updated version after submission, please email your new version to the conference contactor: mirandaluo@nycu.edu.tw. 3. For the academic ethics, all submitted papers should not have been published in any journal previously. 4. For the accepted submission, at least one of the authors should attend and present in the conference. 【Reminders and Important Dates】 1. At least one of the authors must be an active member of TFA.
